中医治未病现状及疗养保健实践与思考

Status of preventative treatment of diseases by TCM and its practice and rethinking in convalescent and health preservation

本文对中医治未病的渊源、现状与内涵进行了综述,并对疗养保健工作的实践予以总结。中医治未病,将疾病防治"关口前移",在养生保健、慢性病预防与早期干预方面优势明显,已受到广泛关注。将中医治未病理念运用于部队官兵的疗养保健工作中,对于维护官兵健康、巩固和提高部队战斗力,具有十分重要的意义。

This article reviewed the origin,status and connotation of preventive treatment of diseases by traditional Chinese medicine and summarized the practice in convalescent and health preservation work.TCM preventive treatment of disease,'disease prevention in advance'had obvious advantages in health preservation,the prevention of chronic diseases and early intervention,attracting wide attention.Applying the concept of TCM preventive treatment of diseases to the convalescent health preservation of officers and soldiers in troops is of great significance for maintaining the health of officers and soldiers and consolidating and enhancing combat effectiveness of troops.
