强力镇眩汤联合常规西药对梅尼埃病致眩晕的治疗效果

Curative effect of Qiangli Zhenxuan Decoction combined with routine western medicine on vertigo caused by Meniere's disease

目的研究探讨强力镇眩汤联合常规西药对梅尼埃病致眩晕的治疗效果及心理状态的改善研究。方法选择2016年1月至2018年7月在某院进行治疗的梅尼埃病致眩晕患者90例为研究对象,按患者住院先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组,各45例。对照组患者给予常规的西药治疗,观察组患者在此基础上联合强力镇眩汤治疗。对两组患者的临床疗效、听力功能、心理情绪、不良反应发生率等指标进行综合评价对比。结果①观察组临床总有效率为91.11%(41/45),对照组总有效率为73.33%(33/45),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②治疗观察组患者的听力功能指标声导纳值、外耳道容积、中耳共振频率均优于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③观察组患者的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分、眩晕状态量表(DHI)评分均低于对照组,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④观察组不良反应发生率为15.56%(7/45),对照组不良反应发生率为8.89%(4/45),组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论强力镇眩汤联合常规西药对梅尼埃病致眩晕的临床疗效显著,能够改善患者的听力功能和心理情绪,且不良反应低,用药安全性良好。

Objective To study the effect of Qiangli Zhenxuan Decoction combined with routine western medicine on vertigo caused by Meniere’s disease and the study on improvement of mental state.Me thods 90 patients with vertigo caused by Meniere’s disease treated in a hospital from January 2016 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional western medicine treatment while patients in the observation group were treated with Qiangli Zhenxuan Decoction and conventional western medicine.The clinical efficacy,hearing function,psychological mood and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared comprehensively.Re s ults①The total effective rate was 91.11%(41/45)in the observation group and 73.33%(33/45)in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)between groups.②The acoustic admittance value,external auditory canal volume and middle ear resonance frequency of the patients in the treatment group were better than those in the control group and the difference was of statistical significance(P<0.05).③The scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group and the difference showed statistical significance(P<0.05).④The incidence of adverse reactions was 15.56%(7/45)in observation group and 8.89%(4/45)in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclus ion Qiangli Zhenxuan Decoction combined with routine western medicine had a significant clinical effect on vertigo caused by Meniere’s disease.It could improve the hearing function and psychological mood of patients with low adverse reactions and was safe to use.
