摘要
沁水盆地目前以清水钻井液为主体,兼用优质钻井液,同时尝试了聚合物钻井液、绒囊钻井液和中空玻璃球钻井液等低密度新型钻井液,但是这些类型钻井液只是针对特定煤层,没有形成成熟的煤层气井钻井液技术体系。可降解钻井液能够通过生物酶解除污染,微固相聚合物钻井液能够有效地成膜护壁,两者结合具有良好的应用前景,可能是未来煤层气井钻井液的一个主要发展方向。此外,建议加强对煤层损害解除方法的研究,尽快制定煤层气钻井相关室内实验评价方法和矿场评价方法的行业标准,形成一套适于煤层气钻采的煤层气井专用钻井液体系。
Water drilling fluids act as the main body currently in Qinshui basin,high quality drilling fluids are followed.Some new and low density drilling fluids such as polymer,velvet pouch and hollow glass spheres drilling fluids were tried to make the application.But these types of drilling fluids are just for a particular coal seam,and there is not mature drilling fluid technology system.Degradable drilling fluids can relieve pollution through biological enzyme,and micro solid drilling fluids could build a protective film,so they both have good application prospects which may be a major development direction in the future.In addition,it is recommended to strengthen the research of lifting coal damage,and as soon as possible to develop the industry standard including laboratory experiments and field evaluation method,and form a set of suitable for CBM wells special drilling fluid system.
