广西天等锰矿碳酸锰选矿现状及发展方向 被引量:6

摘要 通过对广西低品位碳酸锰矿采取多种多种选矿方法进行选矿研究,寻找合适的低品位碳酸锰矿选矿工艺。从实验结果来看,该碳酸锰矿石嵌布粒度极细,造成矿物单体解离困难,寻常的重磁选难以达到理想效果。采用0.038 mm(400目)闭路加温正浮选可以得到精矿品位15%以上,Mn2+回收率85%以上的精矿。 Through the present situation and development direction of manganese carbonate,we have found the beneficiation method in low-grade manganese carbonate ore with a variety of research minerals to look for suitable low-grade manganese carbonate in ore beneficiation process. In the experimental results,we think the manganese carbonate ore has embedded the particles which are of very fine and mineral monomer dissociation to cause difficulties,unusual magnetic separation. It is difficult to achieve the desired effect. And 0. 038 mm( 400 section)closed-circuit heating flotation concentrate can be obtained by 15% and Mn2 +rate 85% per cent of the concentrates.
