摘要 采用低污染无铬钝化剂对电解金属锰进行钝化试验,钝化效果好,产品抗氧化性高,产生的废水污染远比铬酸盐钝化剂的低。为全线推广电解金属锰无铬钝化工艺提供了数据依据。广西大新锰矿已全线采用无铬钝化工艺,为环境消除了一个重金属污染源。 In this study,we have tried a low pollution chromium-free passivation agent on the test of passivation of EMM. The passivation effect is good,including the product of high oxidation resistance. The resulting in waste water pollution is much lower than the chromate passivation agent. This study provides a data base for the whole process of chromium-free passivation of electrolytic manganese. Daxin Mine has been adopted by the whole line of chromium-free passivation process for the environment to eliminate a heavy metal pollution.
