摘要
本文从反刍动物瘤胃的特殊性入手,首先较为详细地阐述了能量物质在瘤胃中的消化吸收特点;然后对提高反刍动物的能量利用率——CH4排放减少、VFA利用增加、过瘤胃脂肪酸保护以及其他已开发的营养添加剂的研究情况作一综述,旨在为更好地调控反刍动物能量利用提供有力的参考依据。
This article starts from the rumen has its particularity in ruminants. At first, it formulates a series of features of digestion of energy substances in rumen in detail. Then in order to provide a strong reference for better regulation of energy utilization efifciency in ruminants, a review is made about the research situation of improving the rate of energy utilization efficiency-reducing methane emissions, increasing volatile fatty acid utilization, improving rumen protected fatty acid and other developed nutritious additives .
