摘要
本文对新疆天山畜牧生物工程股份有限公司中国荷斯坦牛和新疆褐牛进行了生产性能测定,运用SAS8.1最小二乘法分析不同品种、年份、季节、胎次对荷斯坦牛和新疆褐牛乳成分及体细胞分的影响。结果表明:不同品种、年份、季节均对乳成分及体细胞分有极显著影响(P<0.01);不同胎次对乳蛋白率、乳糖率、总固体含量及体细胞分有极显著影响(P<0.01);胎次对乳脂率没有显著影响(P>0.05)。本文的结果为新疆地区牛场的育种工作和饲养管理提供了有价值的科学依据。
In this paper, DHI data of Holstein and Xinjiang Brown cattle was collected in Xinjiang Tianshan–Pasturage Bio-Engineering Co. Ltd cattle farm. SAS(8.1) and least squares analysis process were used to analyze the effect of the four factors, the variety, the year, the season and the parity on Holstein and Xinjiang Brown cow's milk component and somatic cell score. The results showed that the variety, the year and the season had a highly significant effect(P<0.01)on the milk ingredient and somatic cell score. The parity had a highly significant effect(P<0.01)on the milk protein rate, milk lactose rate, total solids and somatic cell score. The parity had no significant effect(P>0.05) on the milk fat rate. This analysis helps to understand of factors influencing milk quality well and to learn about dairy feeding management. The results could provide basis for dairy production management and improve the yield and quality of milk.
