摘要
两岸高等教育互动是一种必然,不同的时期具有不同的互动形式。改革开放三十多年来,两岸高等教育互动已经历了四个阶段,即单方推动阶段、互动起步阶段、互动发展阶段和震动发展阶段。自2008年,两岸高等教育进入了互动发展的新阶段。这既是两岸高等教育互相借鉴的需要,更是长期稳定发展两岸关系的需要。然而,外部环境的干扰、互动中的不均衡性及制度的缺失成为阻碍两岸高等教育互动的主要因素。加强两岸学者、学生及项目的交流,积极推动两岸高等教育互动机制的建构,是推进两岸高等教育在新阶段互动的选择。
The interaction of higher education between both sides of the Taiwan Strait is inevitable,and there are different interactive forms at different periods.For 30 years of the reform and opening up,the interaction of higher education between both sides of the Taiwan Strait has come through four stages:unilateral impulse,interactive start,interactive development and fluctuant development.Since 2008,the higher education between both sides of the Taiwan Strait has come into a new stage of interactive development,which is not only the requirement for the reference from each other,but also the need for the long steady development between both sides of the Taiwan Strait.However,the interference of exterior environment,the imbalance in the interaction and the lack of institution become the main factors to block the interaction.Therefore,there are two choices for boosting the interaction of higher education between both sides of the Taiwan Strait at the new stage,which are to strengthen the intercommunion of scholars,students and projects,and to promote the construction of interactive mechanism for the higher education between both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
