台湾高等教育开放招收大陆学生政策之剖析

The Research of Mainland ChinaStudents Recruitment Policy inTaiwan Higher Education

本研究旨在探讨台湾高等教育因应国际化趋势和面临少子化导致的招生不足危机,台湾应推动开放大陆学生来台政策,增进两岸学术合作机会,这有助于台湾地区高校的永续生存。本研究建议台湾应开启闽台高等教育交流合作,比如福建省计划建设的'两岸教育合作园区'、'两岸职业教育教学资源和师资培训基地'和己成立的'闽江学院海峡学院',都在鼓励两岸大学交流,建立双方学历互相采认机制,交换教学资源,合作编写教材,联合开展技能证照培训与鉴定等。未来期盼更多的技专院校体系能结合台湾地区技职教育的特色,大量招收大陆学生来台就学以维持台湾高等教育的永续发展。

This research aims to know the fact of Taiwan Higher Education facing the trend of internationalization and the crisis of insufficient recruitment of students of higher education due to lower birth rate.Therefore,Taiwan should push the implement of China's Mainland students recruitment policy,to increase the opportunities of academic exchange,and benefit Taiwan Higher Education^sustainable survival.Our research suggests that Taiwan should open the chance of academic collaboration for Fujian provincial government and Taiwan.Fujian government has planned to set up“Cross-strait Education Cooperation Park”,“Cross-strait Vocational Education Teaching Resources and Teacher Training Bases”,and“Minjiang University-Strait College”for encouraging cross-strait academic exchanges,the establishment of both parties recognizing the education certifications,exchange of teaching resources,cooperation and preparation of teaching materials,joint skill training and other licenses,identification.In the future,we hope more technical colleges system in China's Mainland can share the features of Taiwan vocational education,and recruit more China's Mainland students to Taiwan for the sustainable development of Taiwan higher education.
