摘要
文章利用自编的'全国研究生培养质量满意度调查'问卷,调查了博士研究生在导师学术指导、课程教学、学术支持三个维度上的满意度及他们在学期间发表的论文数等情况。结果表明,博士培养质量受到研究生的积极评价;导师的学术指导赢得了博士研究生的普遍认可,但在关注学生兴趣与引导学生进入学科前沿方面尚有待改进;课程教学质量有待进一步改善,课程教学内容的前沿性和讨论式教学方法的应用方面亟待加强;学校提供的研究经费和设施不足问题突出。
With the aid of the u National Postgraduate Training Quality Satisfaction Questionnaire Survey’worked out by our own,this paper conducts research of doctoral candidates’satisfaction in three dimensions,namely’supervisors’academic guidance,course instruction and academic support.Additionally,it calculates how many papers they have published during their study.Those results indicate that the doctoral candidates’training quality is positively evaluated;there is a widespread popularity among those doctoral candidates concerning supervisors,academic guidance.However,there is still room for improvement in the quality of course instruction,especially that the pioneering of the course content and the application of open teaching methods should be enhanced.Wha’s more,there are some prominent problems,such as insufficient research fund and equipment provided by the colleges or universities.
