我国高校联考发轫于民国时期的'联合招考'政策。新中国短暂试行'联合招生'后即建立了统一高考制度,并长期实行。自主招生试点开始后,高校招生考试制度改革获得了新的机遇,近年来高校联考频现。高校联考的出现绝非偶然,它是特定时期的政治、经济、文化等因素共同作用的结果,其背后有考试发展的客观规律在起作用。

The united examination in college admissions originated from the policy(Joint enrollment examination),which was launched in Republican Period.But after the policy was operated only just for a short time,the College Entrance Examination System was soon set up in early China,and the system has a profound influence on China’s education for a long time.Since autonomous admissions began,college entrance examination system reform has gained renewal opportunity.In recent years,the united examination in college admissions has been carried out frequently.And it appeared inevitably.It is the result of joint action(including political,economic,cultural factors,etc.)that counts.As is known to all,the objective law of the examination’s development plays a pivotal role in the policy(Joint enrollment examination).
