大中学衔接培养创新人才模式探析——以厦门大学附属科技中学“启瑞班”为个案

摘要 进入21世纪后,国际社会竞争日趋激烈,培养创新人才成为我国经济社会发展和国际竞争力提升的重要考量。在各种创新人才培养模式中,大中学合作举办高中创新班成为创新人才培养的重要途径。本文以厦门大学附属科技中学的高中创新班'启瑞班'为案例,详解其创新人才培养模式。目前,该校已形成独具特色的招生方式,探索出十分新颖的'三创'理念与'三微'形式,实施以'变易理论'、课堂观察为代表的教学改革以及导师制、家校联合培养、学分制、走班制、小班化教学等教学管理制度。这些项目推动了学生的自主选择、多元发展,并带给教师、家长多样的心得与收获。尽管目前面临一些困难,遭遇种种挑战,只要中学与大学齐心协力,政府与社会共同借力,政策与观念配合跟进,大中学衔接培养创新人才改革定能走上康庄大道。 With the development of society and technology,the cultivation of innovative talents is of great significance.One type that no one could ignore is high school together with university to cultivate innovative talents.In this passage,we take Xiamen University Affiliated Keji High School as an illustration and analyze its innovation classes specifically.We find the innovation classes in this school hold the idea of"Three Innovations"and"Three Mini-types".They carry out the new curriculum with great diversity and set up the tutorial system,credit system,small class system and so on.Meanwhile,they have changed the way of recruitment.Thus,students here get diverse-development and progress in several fields.Not to mention students’parents and teachers who also achieve a lot and get enhancement.Although this project meet some difficulties and troubles,high schools will finally overcome these and succeed with efforts,cooperations and indispensable supports.
