中国大学先修课程:自主招生的一个制度设计

The Chinese Advanced Placement Courses:A Design of Autonomous Recruitment System

我国高校自主招生工作面临新的形势,即新的招生目标定位、新的评价标准和考核方式、新的管理制度安排。适应这种新形势,完善我国高校自主招生制度,需要克服过度依赖竞赛教育的缺陷,引导高中的优秀学生学习我国大学先修课程。在课程制度设计上,我国需要借鉴学习美国大学先修课程制度选育具有创新潜质学生的理念,借助我国的大学理事会去统一规划大学先修课程的种类和课程编制,依靠各地教育主管部门去推动各高校和高中因地制宜地实施好先修课程的教学,使得高校通过自主招生考试选育适合本校培养目标要求的特长生和具有创新潜质的人才。

The autonomous recruitment system of Chinese universities are facing new situations,such as new recruitment targets,new evaluation criterions and forms,new management systems.Under the new situations,to improve the recruitment system needs correcting the flaws of competition education,guiding the outstanding senior school students to learn Chinese Advanced Placement Courses(CAP).In the aspect of design of the CAP,we need to learn and draw lessons from the American Advanced Placement Courses which select and educate the gifted and talented students,make plan to the types and designs of courses together under the charge of Chinese CoUege Board,and push forward the universities and senior schools to implement the teaching works with the help of local educational government,which finally help universities to select and educate the excellent students who are fit for universities’teaching goals.
