小班化教学中的教师专业发展研究

The Research on Professional Development during Class Size Reduction Teaching Reform

摘要 随着小班化教学改革的不断深入,加强小班化教学的教师专业发展已成必然。小班化教学中教师专业发展是教育发展的时代需要,是小班化教学改革的必然要求,是开拓教师培训制度的新途径。在小班化教学的教师专业发展过程中,要注重对教师'深入了解学生特点''精心设计创新课堂''全面指导学生合作探究学习'这三大核心教学能力的培养。为了更好地促进小班化教学中教师的专业发展,推进小班化教学改革的顺利实施,本文还对教师和学校管理者提出了相关建议。 With the unceasingly thorough development of class size reduction teaching reform,to strengthen professional development of class size reduction teaching is becoming an inevitable trend.Professional development of class size reduction teaching is the era need of education development,a inexorable demand of class size reduction teaching reform,a newly way to explore teacher training system as well.In the process to carry out professional development of class size reduction teaching,it is necessary to lay emphasis on fostering three core teaching abilities composed by deeply knowing students’characteristics,elaborately designing creative class,and overall guiding students to cooperative inquiry learning.In order to promote the professional development of class size reduction teaching,boost successfully implementation of class size reduction teaching reform,the author also puts forward suggestions to teachers and school administrators.
