Exploring the Ways of Building up the World First-Class Disciplines:The Analysis Based on the Construction Plan of Double First-Class Disciplines

建设世界一流学科是我国高等教育改革的重大战略决策。本文通过解析'双一流'建设学科名单,简单概述了'双一流'建设学科的特征和遴选程序,从中总结归纳'双一流'建设学科的革新之处,包括坚持'中国特色',引入动态的竞争机制和采纳第三方评价。基于'双一流'建设学科的分析结果,在厘清世界一流学科含义的前提下,进一步提出我国建设世界一流学科的建议,为具体落实'双一流'建设学科提供参考和借鉴。

Building up the world first-class disciplines is the major strategic decision for the reform of higher education in China.Through the analysis of the discipline list of Double First-Class construction,this paper simply summarizes the features and selection procedure of Double First-Class construction disciplines.In addition,this article sums up the innovations of Double First-Class construction disciplines,including adhering to Double First-Class,the introduction of dynamic competition mechanism and the adoption of the third party evaluation.In view of the analysis results of Double First-Class construction disciplines,we further put forward suggestions for building up the world firstclass disciplines.before that we clarify the connotation of the world first-class discipline in China,so as to provide references for specific implementation of Double First-Class construction disciplines.
