独立后的文莱高等教育发展研究

Research on the Development of Brunei Higher Education after Independence

文莱高等教育事业起步较晚,但发展迅速。完全独立后的文莱通过探寻符合本国国情的高等教育发展策略,逐步建立了独具特色的高等教育体系。独立后,文莱高等教育发展所采取的策略为集中的行政管理体制,院系两级的大学内部管理体制,以马来语、英语、阿拉伯语为教学语言,发展宗教教育和完善技术教育等,呈现出目标鲜明与策略灵活的特点,但同时在理念与价值、'依附'与自治、信任与失业、速度与质量等方面值得省思。

Brunei’s higher education career started late, but it has developed rapidly.After being completely independent, Brunei gradually established a unique higher education system by exploring the development strategy of higher education in line with its national conditions. After independence, the strategy adopted by Brunei’s higher education development is the centralized administrative management system.The university’s internal management system at the two levels, the Malay language, English and Arabic as the teaching language,the development of religious education and the improvement of technical education. It presents the characteristics of clear goals and flexible strategies, but at the same time it is worth thinking about in terms of concept and value, 'dependency' and autonomy, trust and unemployment,speed and quality.
