Cultivation of Postgraduate Innovative Talents:Reflections on Accelerating the Reform of Government Management System

培养研究生创新型人才是创新型国家建设的根本。创新的核心是变革,它与市场需求的变化、政府管理体制的改革息息相关。当前,我国研究生教育管理体制改革面临严峻挑战和重大机遇。加快政府管理体制改革要着力解决创新型政府建设、创新政策体系构建、研究生创新能力评价机制完善、企业参与研究生培养渠道强化等四方面的问题。

Training postgraduate innovative talents is the foundation of an innovative country. The core of innovation is change, which is closely related to the changes in market demand and the reform of the government management system. At present, China’s postgraduate education management system is facing severe challenges and major opportunities. Accelerating the reform of the government’s management system should focus on solving four problems : the construction of an innovative government, the construction of an innovative policy system,the improvement of the evaluation mechanism of postgraduates’ innovation abilities, and the participation of enterprises in postgraduate training.
