创新高等教育学学科建设范式 引领新时代高等教育转型发展——2018年首届全国高校高等教育学研究生学术论坛会议综述

在中国特色社会主义进入新时代以及高等教育面临深化改革和转型发展的关键历史时期,以'高等教育学学科建设与人才培养模式变革'为主题的首届全国高校高等教育学研究生学术论坛在厦门大学成功召开。会议期间,众多知名高等教育研究专家和200余名博、硕士生齐聚一堂,以高远的历史站位和前瞻的战略视野,围绕'学科建设的基本理论探讨与中国高等教育学科的本土建构'、'全面深化高等教育综合改革与加快推进’双一流’建设'、'高等教育内涵式转型发展与新时代高校人才培养模式变革'和'国际高等教育改革与发展实践的经验解读与反思借鉴'四大热点和前沿议题展开深入研讨,提出了可资新时代国家高等教育事业建设可持续发展参考的理论和实践方略。本届论坛开辟了国内高等教育学研究生共话高教研究的先河,搭建了专门面向全体高等教育学研究生的高质量学术交流平台,凸显了高等教育学人的智库功用、学术使命和社会责任,铸就了专属于高等教育学子的人才发展'高地'、学术研习'金课'和能力拓展'摇篮',呈现出首届创办、学生主体、跨校合作、规模盛大、组织有力、人员广泛、运行严密和影响深远等显著特点和成功之处,已然成为厦门大学教育研究院和合作兄弟院校的重大学术品牌和特色活动。

In the key historical period when socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era and reform of higher education is deepen and developed,the first national academic forum for higher education graduates which was titled as'The Construction of Higher Education Disciplines and the Reform of Talent Training Model'had been held successfully at Xiamen University.During the conference,many well-known higher education research experts and more than200 master and doctoral students gathered together,with high historical standing and forward-looking strategic vision to develop a deep discussion on the four hotspots and frontier issues,including'the basic theory of discipline construction and the local construction of Chinese higher education discipline','deepen the comprehensive reform of higher education and accelerate the construction of’double first-class’','the transformation of higher education connotative development and the reform of talent training mode in the new era'and'experience interpretation and reflection on international higher education reform and development practice',and finally put forward the theory and practice strategies for the sustainable development of higher education undertakings in the new era.This forum opened up a precedent for higher education research in domestic higher education graduates,built a high-quality academic exchange platform for all higher education graduate students,highlighted the think tank function,academic mission and social responsibility of higher education scholars,created a'highland'for talent development,a'golden class'for academic study,and a'cradle'for capacity development,presented the outstanding features and successes of the first founding,student as main organizers,cross-school cooperation,grand scale,well organized,wide participations,strict operation and far-reaching influence.It has become a major academic brand and special event of Institute of Education of Xiamen University and other cooperative brothers universities.
