摘要
食品安全事关基本民生。解决好食品安全问题,需要全社会共同参与。曲阜师范大学食品安全与农业绿色发展研究中心尹世久教授等长期关注食品安全问题研究,在借鉴西方现代治理理论的基础上,以实地调查为基本手段,充分把握我国食品安全风险的基本特征与现实国情,努力构建中国特色食品安全社会共治体系的宏观框架,进而分别研究了政府、市场与社会三大共治主体的典型行为特征,力求科学总结我国食品安全治理的现实经验,积极探索新时代食品安全风险治理的新路径。
Food safety is a matter of basic livelihood.In order to solve the problem of food safety,the whole society needs to participatein the process.Professor Shijiu Yin,of Center for Food Safety Governance Policy Research in Q ufu N ormal University,has been concerned about food safety issues for a long time.Analysis in this book is based fully draw ing lessons from the w estern modern governance theory and used the field survey as the basic measure.T he author fully grasped the basic characteristics and actual conditions of the food safety risk in C hina,and strived to build a macroscopic framew ork of the social co-governance system of food safety w ith C hinese characteristics.T hen,the typical behavior characteristics of the three major co-governing subjects namely government,market and society,are studied respectively.T he author made every effort to scientifically summarize the practical experience of food safety management in C hina and actively explored new approaches to food safety risk management in the new era.
