摘要
微创手术由于出血少、愈合快、疼痛小等优点应用越来越广泛,内窥镜是微创手术中必不可少的医疗器械,为提高手术过程中微小肿瘤的检出率,图像增强方法、显微成像方法、荧光成像方法等被应用到了内窥镜成像中。本文介绍了现有的应用在微创手术中的内窥镜成像方法,并对比它们的优缺点以及未来的临床应用前景。
Minimally invasive methods have been widely used in various surgeries due to the advantages of blood less, faster recuperation, and less pain. Endoscope as a must-have tool of minimally invasive surgery, many technologies such as image-enhanced endoscopy, endomicroscopy, and fluorescence endoscopy are employed to improve the contrast of abnormal tissues and normal tissue. In this paper, we take a brief introduction of endoscopic technologies, compare these methods and describe their future applications on clinic.
