超声内镜在消化道病变诊治中应用

Application of Endoscopic Ultrasonography in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Digestive Tract Diseases

目的:研究超声内镜在消化道病变诊治中的应用价值。方法:选取2013年6月至2014年12月本院收治的上消化道黏膜下病变患者70例为研究对象,均行超声内镜检查,部分患者在确诊后进行超声内镜治疗,分析超声内镜诊断消化道病变的灵敏度、特异度、准确度,同时观察超声内镜表现。结果:70例患者行超声内镜检查共检出72处病灶,病灶部位:食管11处(15.28%),胃57处(79.16%),十二指肠4处(5.56%);以病理结果为准,超声内镜诊断上消化道黏膜下病变的灵敏度为81.67%,特异度为70.00%,准确度为93.33%。结论:超声内镜检查对上消化道黏膜下病变有较高的诊断效能,可用于指导临床选择合适手术方式进行治疗,值得在临床推广应用。

Objective: To study the application value of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of digestive tract diseases. Methods: Seventy patients with upper gastrointestinal submucosal lesions treated in our hospital between June 2013 and December 2014 were selected as study subjects. All patients underwent endoscopic ultrasonography. Some patients underwent ultrasonic endoscopic therapy after confirmed diagnosis. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis of digestive tract diseases were analyzed. Results: Among the 70 patients undergoing endoscopic ultrasonography, a total of 72 lesions were detected. The lesions were located in esophagus [11(15.28%)], stomach [57(79.16%)] and duodenum [4(5.56%)]; With the pathological results as the standard, the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal submucosal lesions were81.67%, 70.00% and 93.33%, respectively. Conclusion: The efficacy of endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis of upper gastrointestinal submucosal lesions is high. It can be used to guide the selection of appropriate surgical treatment, and it is worth clinical application.
