摘要 目的:研究心脏B超与心电图在高血压性心脏病临床诊断中的应用效果。方法:选取本院2015年1月~2017年6月收治的高血压性心脏病患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,即对照组和研究组,每组患者各50例。对照组患者采用心电图检查,研究组患者实施心脏B超检查,对比两组患者的诊断结果。结果:研究组患者诊断结果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对高血压性心脏病患者进行临床诊断时实施心脏B超检查,其诊断效果优于心电图,敏感性极高,观察也较为全面,在临床医学治疗中值得应用。 Objective:To study the application effect of B-mode ultrasonography and electrocardiogram in the clinical diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.Methods:A total of 100 patients with hypertensive heart disease admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to June 2017 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups,namely control group and research group,with 50 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were examined by electrocardiogram and the patients in the study group were examined by B-mode ultrasonography.The diagnostic results of the two groups were compared.Results:The diagnostic results of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:B-mode echocardiography is superior to electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of hypertensive heart disease.It has high sensitivity and comprehensive observation.It is worthy of application in clinical medical treatment.
