尿液分析仪与显微镜法对尿隐血检验的应用价值分析

Analytical Works on the Applied Value of Urinary Analyser and Microscope in the Examination of Occult Blood in Urine

目的:研究尿液分析仪与显微镜法对尿隐血检验的应用价值。方法:将2018年1月～2018年11月本院检验科采集的188例尿液标本作为研究资料,所有标本均分别进行尿液分析仪检验和显微镜检验。比较两种检验方法的尿隐血阳性检出率。结果:数据显示两种检验方法的尿隐血阳性检出率结果差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:尿液分析仪和显微镜法对检验尿隐血均有一定的检验价值,在具体的检验过程中应该结合两者的检验结果,提升检验的准确率,进而提升医师的诊断正确率,为患者提供及时有效的治疗。

Objective:To study the application value of urine analyzer and microscopy in the detection of occult blood in urine.Methods:From January to November 2018,188 urine specimens were collected from the Laboratory Department of our hospital.All specimens were examined by urine analyzer and microscopy respectively.The positive detection rate of occult blood in urine was compared between the two methods.Results:The results showed that there was no significant difference in the positive rate of occult blood in urine between the two methods(P>0.05).Conclusion:Urine analyzer and microscopy have certain value in the detection of occult blood in urine.In the specific test process,we should combine the results of the two methods to improve the accuracy of the test,and then improve the diagnostic accuracy of doctors,so as to provide timely and effective treatment for patients.
