摘要
为探讨吲哚丁酸(IBA)对斑兰叶根系生长的影响,以斑兰叶根蘖苗为试验材料,研究IBA不同浓度(0、20 mg/L、60 mg/L、100 mg/L)处理对斑兰叶根系生长及干物质的影响。结果表明,在一定范围内,IBA可以促进斑兰叶根系生长和干物质累积,根数目、总根长、总表面积、根体积及根系干物质质量均增加。IBA浓度过高时(60~100 mg/L)则会抑制斑兰叶根系生长和干物质累积。因此,在本试验条件下,适宜斑兰叶根蘖苗生根的IBA浓度为20 mg/L。
In order to evaluate the performance of indolebutyric acid(IBA) for pandan root growth, the experiment was conducted with four concentrations of IBA on root growth and dry matter accumulation. The four concentrations of IBA received 0, 20, 60 and 100 mg/L, respectively. The results showed that IBA promoted root growth and dry matter accumulation of pandan, root number, total root length, total surface area, root volume and root dry matter all increased within certain limits. High concentration of IBA(60 ~100 mg/L) inhibited root growth and dry matter accumulation.Therefore, under the experimental conditions, the suitable concentration of IBA for rooting of pandan was 20 mg/L.
