金钗石斛工厂化育苗试管苗移栽技术研究 被引量:6

摘要 通过对金钗石斛工厂化育苗试管苗移栽技术研究,筛选试管苗移栽最佳的移栽方法、基质、时期和栽培管理技术,从而达到提高金钗石斛工厂化育苗试管苗移栽成活率和试管苗质量,降低金钗石斛工厂化育苗生产成本的目的。结果表明:采用种植前先晾苗,移栽成活率比洗苗消毒后直接种植提高23.0%;每年4—6月,采用移栽基质配比为3∶2的木屑和松树皮混合材料进行试管苗移栽,有利于提高试管苗移栽的成活率并加速试管苗的生长,移栽成活率可达98.0%,而且根系发达,根粗壮,苗生长快。 Through studying on transplanting techniques of the tube seedling of Dendrobium nobile,the best transplanting method,transplanting medium,transplanting season and cultivation management method have been screened out for improving transplanting survival rate and tube seedling quality of Dendrobium nobile.Results showed that the transplanting survival rate of plantlets dried for 3 d before being transplanted could be improved about 23.0%compared with that of plantlets transplanted directly after washing and sterilization;If tube-seedlings were transplanted from April to June,with the transplanting medium as a mixture of sawdust and pine bark in the ration of 3:2 which could help to improve transplanting survival rate and accelerate tube plantlet growth,and the transplanting survival rate of plantlets could reach as high as 98.0%,and root system developed well and strong,while seedlings grew fast.Based on these results,a set of cultivation-management techniques of tube-seedling-transplanting had been developed.
