开展依靠科技创新应对人口老龄化研究的思考

Thoughts on Population Aging Based on Innovation

面对我国人口老龄化的迅速发展,本文对如何依靠科技创新应对人口老龄化进行了思考:首先,分析论证了其重要性和必然性;其次,针对我国该研究领域存在的七个问题,系统阐述了依靠科技创新应对人口老龄化应研究的重要内容,以及如何采用跨学科研究方法和多源异构数据开展研究的设想;最后,从国家战略层面提出了研究制定《面向老龄社会的科技创新行动计划》的建议。

Since the booming development of China’s aging population,the paper introduce the research theme of'how to deal with population aging based on scientific and technological innovation'.We argue that an important and inevitable gap characterizes this state of the art.For the seven problems existing in this research field in China,this paper systematically discuss the important content of relying on scientific and technological innovation to deal with the challenges related to aging population should be researched and how to use interdisciplinary research methods and multi-source heterogeneous data to carry out the research ideas.The conclusions provide some suggestions for the research and development of'scientific and technological innovation actions for the aged society'from the national strategic perspective.
