服务经济视角下央企创新力模型构建及其实证检验

Study on Construction and Positive Test of the Model of SOE’ Innovation Capability with the View of Service Economy

在国家大力支持央企开展"双创"的背景下,提升央企创新能力对于推动高质量发展具有重要意义。基于文献研究和专家调研,识别和构建模型的关键变量和变量关系假设,初步构建央企创新力模型。通过对6家央企的相关人员进行问卷调查,对构建的模型进行了属性评价和假设检验进行研究。研究发现,主体特征对创新能力的直接影响不大,但是间接影响显著;环境对创新能力的直接影响非常较大;主体特征和创新环境对创新能力的影响最大;创新绩效受创新能力的影响较为显著。根据实证分析结果,提出了提升央企创新力的有效措施,为央企的管理和发展提供决策参考。

IUnder the background that the state strongly supports central enterprises to carry out'double innovation',improving the innovation ability of central enterprises is of great significance for promoting high-quality development.Based on literature research and expert investigation,the key variables and variable relationship assumptions of the model were identified and constructed,and the innovation capability model of the central enterprise was preliminarily constructed.Through the questionnaire survey of relevant personnel of 6 central enterprises,the attribute evaluation and hypothesis test of the model were conducted.It is found that the main character has little direct influence on innovation ability,but significant indirect influence.The direct influence of environment on innovation ability is very great.The main character and innovation environment have the greatest influence on innovation ability.Innovation performance is significantly affected by innovation ability.According to the results of empirical analysis,effective measures to improve the innovation ability of the central enterprises are put forward,which can provide decision-making reference for the management and development of the central enterprises.
