摘要
我国矿业城市既需要为国家矿产品和能源需求提供产品,也需要寻求自身可持续发展路径,而低碳经济是重要的可持续发展模式。推动绿色矿山建设,正是矿业城市发展低碳经济、绿色经济,转变矿业发展方式和最终促进矿业城市可持续发展的有效措施。文章通过分析我国矿业城市推进绿色矿山建设的相关问题,提出与绿色矿山建设相结合的符合矿业城市特点的低碳发展之路。
The mining cities in China need not only to provide products to meet the national minerals and energy demand,but also need to explore their own paths of sustainable development. To promote environmentally friendly construction of mine is just an effective measure for mine cities to transform economic development patterns,to develop a green and low-carbon economy,and at last to boost the sustainable development of mine cities. This paper analyzed the problems concerned with how the mine cities of China promote environmentally friendly construction of mine,and suggested taking a road of low-carbon development along with environmentally friendly construction of mine,which fit the features of a mine city.
