摘要
当前云南经济发展属于典型的资源高消耗型,发展方式粗放、生态危机渐现等问题突出。低碳经济是云南做好国家战略定位,实现跨越发展的最佳选择,云南发展低碳经济应该以科技进步作为突破口。
Economic growth of Yunnan has depended on the accumulations of resources for a long time. The problems are becoming more and more obvious which are caused by the extensive pattern of economic growth and the ecological crisis. According to the strategic positioning,we should develop the low-carbon economy by scientific and technological progress to realize the fast development of Yunnan.
