环保产业发展不同阶段环境政策制度作用力研究

Study of Environmental Policy / System Force in Different Stages of Environmental Protection Industry

为深入研究环保产业发展各阶段不同环境政策/制度发挥的促进作用,本文结合产业经济学理论和环保产业特点,将促进环保产业发展的环境政策/制度分为产业需求型、产业供给型、产业规范型3大类24小项;采用德尔菲法和单因素评价模型,评价环保产业发展不同阶段环境政策/制度对环保产业发展作用力的大小。

In order to study how environmental policy / system plays a role in promoting develop of environmental protection industry in different stages,this paper combined the theory of industry economics and environmental protection industry,divided environment / system into 3 categories and 24 items including industrial demand,industrial supply,and industrial standard. Using the Delphi method and the single factor evaluation model,the paper studied the force size of environmental protection industry environmental policy / system in the different stages of environmental protection industry.
