基于模糊综合评判的吉林省松原市农业水资源承载能力分析 被引量:10

摘要 在分析松原市水资源特征及开发利用等对承载能力影响的主要因素的基础上,确定耕地灌溉率、水资源利用率、农业水资源利用率、灌溉用水指标、农业供水模数、农业需水模数、地表水开发程度、地下水开发程度8个因素作为松原市农业水资源承载能力综合评价的主要指标,采用模糊综合评判对松原市农业水资源承载能力进行评价,结果表明在研究阶段,松原市农业水资源处于饱和状态,并由饱和阶段向过饱和阶段过渡,到2015年,过渡到过饱和阶段,预示着农业水资源已经出现短缺;同时综合评分值从2010年的0.362下降到2015年的0.295,表明松原市农业水资源开发潜力很小,农业用水出现短缺,应采取控制措施。 Based on the analysis characteristics and development and utilization of water resources capacity,utilizing the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to estimate the water resources capacity of Songyuan city,we choose eight factors such as the farmland irrigation rate,water resources utilization,agricultural water resources utilization,irrigation water quota,agricultural water supply modulus,agricultural water demand,surface water development degree,and groundwater development degree. The results indicated that during the period of research,the carrying capacity of agriculture water resources was saturation stage and transition to the over saturation stage. In 2015,the stage will be at over saturation stage,that means the agricultural water resources has been shortage. At the same time,agricultural water resources colligation grade will descended from 0. 362 in 2010 to 0. 295 in 2015. It means the agricultural water resources development potential is very small and we should take control measures.
