Improve People's Livelihoods and Construct Ecological Civilization through Science and Technology

国家可持续发展实验区建设是我国实施可持续发展战略的重要行动,也是依靠创新驱动改善民生、建设生态文明和美丽中国的重要手段。本文简要介绍了当前国家级可持续发展实验区的发展现状,并通过对国家级实验区的建设经验进行文献梳理,结合对北京市部分实验区的调研,分析了实验区在整体规划、创新意识、创新主体等方面存在的问题,给出了促进实验区科学发展的建议。

The construction of the National Sustainable Development Experimental Zone is an important part of the strategy towards sustainable development of China. The experience of these experimental zones is also useful for the construction of ecological civilization as well as for the improvement of people's livelihoods through innovation. This paper briefly describes the situation of the experimental zones and furthermore summarizes the experience of some typical experimental zones through literature review and field research. It then analyzes some problems during the zones' establishment and development,including unsustainable regional planning,inefficient work process,and lack of social partnership. In the last part,this paper discusses the way to solve the problems and to promote the development of the National Sustainable Development Experimental Zone.
