山东人口发展与经济文化强省建设研究

The Study of Population Development and Establishment of a Powerful Economic and Cultural Province in Shandong

山东是经济、文化、人口大省,提出了加快建设经济文化强省的目标。本文对山东60余年人口及经济发展进行了阶段性回顾分析,得出了发展与人口有着密切关系的结论。阐释了改革开放以来山东人口发展的成就及贡献,少出生5 000多万人,营造了40年的人口红利期。当前山东经济文化强省建设面临着人口数量、素质、结构和分布等问题与挑战,提出了坚持人口与发展统筹规划、综合决策的五点对策建议。

Shandong is a powerful province in economy,culture and population. The paper puts forward the goal of speeding up the construction of economy and culture. This paper reviews and analysis 60 years periodic development of economy and population in Shandong,draws a conclusion that population is closely related to the development. This paper expounds the achievement and contribution of population development since Reform and Opening-up,prevented 50 million births and generated a 40 years' demographic dividend. The establishment of a powerful economic and cultural province in Shandong faces with problems and challenges of population quantity,quality,structure and distribution etc. This paper puts forward five countermeasures and suggestions on overall planning and making synthetic decision about development and population.
