试论女性环境责任行为形成的影响因素与路径

Analysis on the Influence Factors and the Conduct Path of Female Environmental Responsible Behaviour

女性作为环境保护的主要参与者和环境风险的主要承受者,具有特殊的需求、作用与价值观念,她们理所应当成为环境建设的主力军,然而,在当前的环境建设中却没有起到应有的作用。本文指出受教育程度偏低、接受环境信息渠道有限、环保习惯养成困难、深层社会责任感导向形成困难、常被排斥在环境决策之外是影响女性环境责任行为形成的主要因素。文章进而从切实提高女性社会地位,重视女性在环境决策中的发言权;大力开展环境教育,提高女性环境保护意识;发挥女性聪明才智,倡导健康、文明、朴素的生活方式;拓宽女性参与的渠道,积极培育女性环保组织等四个方面对促成女性环境责任行为的路径进行探讨。

As a major taker of environmental risk and the participants of environmental protection,women have special needs,function and values,which makes them become the main force in the environmental construction. However,their function is small. Studies suggest that women in China accept a lower level education than men; channels to receive environmental information are limited for women; formation of environmental protection habits is difficult; formation of deep sense of social responsibility-oriented is difficult; Women are often excluded from environmental decision- making are major factors affecting women environmental responsibility behavior. The paper discuss the conduct path of female environmental responsible behavior,which includes,effectively improving the social status of women,paying attention to the voice of women in environmental decision-making; vigorously carrying out environmental education,improving women's awareness of environmental protection; advocating for health,civilization,simple way of life; widening women participation channels,and actively cultivating female environmental groups
