重庆地区煤炭资源开发生态补偿指标体系及补偿标准研究 被引量:4

摘要 论文以4个小型煤矿为例,对重庆地区煤炭资源开发生态补偿进行了研究:构建了生态补偿指标体系,采用层次分析法对各指标赋予权重,应用环境经济和数学方法对生态补偿标准进行了量化研究,确定了计算生态补偿标准的数学模型。研究结果表明:矿山生态补偿标准与矿山开采规模大小没有直接关系,而是由矿山开采对生态环境的影响程度直接决定。补偿指标中最主要的是生态破坏损失补偿,其次是环境污染损失补偿。 This article took four coal mines for example which have different production scales and located in different areas of Chongqing,and made a research on the eco-compensation mechanism of coal resource exploitation: Firstly,the author built an ecocompensation index system,and the weight of each indicator was given by using analytic hierarchy process. Secondly,the author explored methods to quantify the eco-compensation standard by using environmental economics and mathematical method,and the mathematical model of eco-compensation was determined. Further studies have shown that,eco-compensation standard is not directly related to scale of coal mines,but it's determined by ecological damage. The most important is ecological damage compensation,followed by pollution compensation.
