摘要 人工增雨是开发利用空中水资源的一种有效手段,主要是通过飞机、高炮、火箭等传输手段对局部大气云层施加催化作用,促使云中更多游离的水汽核化,增加冰晶数浓度,提高降水效率。随着科学技术发展和国内外大量人工增雨试验,人工增雨效果已得到科学实验证实。本文通过对人工增雨原理和催化剂性能特点分析,探讨了人工增雨常用催化剂对生态环境的影响,包括人工增雨对风向下游地区的影响和人工增雨炮弹、火箭弹碎片对环境的影响。数据分析证明,人工增雨能有效改善生态环境,催化剂不会对环境造成污染,上游增雨不会减少下游的雨量,因此,应充分利用人工增雨手段开发空中水资源,以缓解水资源的短缺。 Precipitation enhancement is an effective means for water resources development and utilization of the,mainly through the plane,antiaircraft guns,rockets transmission means for the local atmospheric clouds applied catalysis. It makes the clouds more free water vapor nucleation,increases the number of ice crystal concentration,and improves the efficiency of precipitation. With the development of science and technology at home and abroad and a large number of precipitation enhancement test,the effect of artificial precipitation enhancement has been proved by scientific experiments. Through precipitation enhancement principle and catalyst performance characteristics analysis,the article explores the precipitation enhancement commonly used catalyst on the ecological environment of influence,and the precipitation enhancement to wind the influence of downstream,and analyzes the precipitation enhancement shells and rockets fragments of the impact on the environment. The analysis of data proved that precipitation enhancement can effectively improve the ecological environment,catalyst will not impact the environment pollution,and upstream won't reduce the worst-hit downstream rainfall. The paper suggests that we should make full use of precipitation enhancement means,and develop air water resources,in order to alleviate the shortage of water resources.
