摘要
自然资本理论及应用研究经历了萌芽——发展——成熟的历程,已成为我国社会经济可持续发展的重要理论基础而倍受关注。本文在深入分析生态系统、自然资本和循环经济的内涵及其相互作用关系的基础上,构建了三者相互作用的ENC大循环系统,提出了保护自然生态系统的服务功能、全面实施循环经济战略和促进ENC大循环良性运作的对策。
The theory of natural capital and its application of research have experienced the germination,development and mature phases. This theory has got more and more attention because it has become a important basic theory of the social and economic sustainable development of China. Based on the deeply analyses of the meaning of the Ecosystem,natural capital,circular economy and their mutual relationship,the paper creates the NEC circulation system,and poses the countermeasures for protecting the ecosystem's service value,implementing the strategies of circular economy and promoting the NEC circulation operates well.
