章丘市主要污染物减排工作现状及对策

Present Situation and Countermeasures of Emission Reduction of Major Pollutants in Zhangqiu

主要污染物减排是调整经济结构、转变发展方式、改善民生的重要抓手,是改善环境质量、解决突出环境问题的根本手段。"十二五"时期,章丘市社会经济呈高增长态势,城镇化进程加快,机动车保有量、畜禽养殖量也将大幅增长,由此带来巨大的污染物新增量。面临严峻的减排形势,如何挖掘总量减排潜力,探索总量控制新途径,确保完成"十二五"减排目标,成为章丘市当前总量减排工作的首要任务。

The main pollutant emission reduction is an important means to adjust the economic structure,to transform the mode of development,and to improve people's livelihood,and is the fundamental means to improve the quality of the environment,to solve outstanding environmental problems. In ' Twelfth Five Year Plan' period,Zhangqiu city social economy was in high growth,urbanization develops in faster speed,and quantity,amount of livestock and poultry breeding will increase,motor and vehicles also increases,resulting in huge new incremental pollutant. Due to severe emission reduction situation,how to mine the total emission reduction potential,and to explore new ways of controlling the total amount,and to ensure the completion of emission reduction targets,become the primary task of the total emission reduction work in Zhangqiu City.
