经过三年多的建设,我国绿色矿山建设初见成效。但目前绿色矿山建设的专项资源配置制度及税费政策的缺失一定程度上影响了企业建设绿色矿山的积极性。建议在结合绿色矿山建设的实际,充分利用国家现有的土地资源、矿产资源相关政策,同时衔接各类矿产资源规划的基础上,加大对绿色矿山的资金支持力度、完善绿色矿山建设的管理制度、制定绿色矿山建设的资源税费政策。
