摘要
要加快开发郑州航空港经济综合实验区,关键是找出推动其发展的动力要素,明确这些动力的作用方式,这样才能通过优化制度设计促进郑州航空港经济综合实验区的发展。本文首先给出郑州航空港经济运行的动力系统模型,然后对各个动力的作用机制进行分析,最后依据动力系统模型和作用机制给出一些有针对性的政策和建议。
The key to speed up the development of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone is to find the dynamic elements and modes of its development,which can promote the development of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone by optimizing the system design. This paper gives the dynamic system model of economic operation for Zhengzhou Airport,and then analyzes the mechanism of action of various dynamics,and finally provides some targeted policices and suggestions according to the dynamic system model and mechanism of action.
