摘要
本研究应用文献分析法,在阐述绿色消费态度-行为差距一般性解释的基础上,剖析了参照群体对绿色消费态度-行为差距的影响作用,并进一步借鉴社会两难选择理论、个体感知效力、消费选择行为模式探讨其作用机制。研究发现能够为进一步探索绿色消费态度-行为差距提供理论基础与可能的研究方向,并有利于实践者从参照群体视角对绿色消费态度-行为差距进行干预,促进绿色消费态度向绿色消费行为的转化。
Based on the literature review of attitude-behavior gap in green consumption,the study applied method of documental analysis to explore the effects of reference group on attitude-behavior gap in green consumption,further analyzed its mechanism from perspectives of social dilemma,and perceived self-efficacy and consumer choice behavior patterns. Results of the study will provide theoretical support and promising directions for the future research,and will be helpful for practitioners to improve the attitude-behavior gap in green consumption from the perspective of reference group.
