摘要
本文以1998-2012年的省际面板数据为样本,研究了环境规制对工业企业R&D投入的影响。结果表明,我国环境规制对R&D投入影响显著,以工业污染治理投资完成额和工业废气排放密度表示的环境规制强度增加有助于促进企业增加R&D投入;同时,R&D投入呈现明显的区域效应。
Based on the provincial panel data during 1998-2012 as asample,the paper studies the impact of environmental regulation on the industrial enterprises' R&D investment. The results show that the impact of environmental regulations on R&D inputs is significant,increase of density of environmental regulation which is marked with industrial pollution control investment and density of industrial waste gas emission contributes to promote enterprises to increase R&D investment; at the same time,R&D devotion presents obvious regional effect.
