摘要
综述了国外当前生态城市建设所应用的各类指标和研究进展,指标体系可分为三大类69项具体指标:生态环境指标、经济发展指标、社会进步指标。分析发现,生态城市的评价指标是一个随着社会发展不断调整的动态指标。目前,生态城市指标侧重在提高人们生活水平、保证安居乐业的前提下,在此基础上进行城市基础设施建设,环境污染治理达标,进一步采用低碳、高效、生态的城市运转模式。
The article reviews current status on indicators used in eco-city in foreign countries. These indicators could be summarized into 3 categories: ecology and environment,economic development,and social development. It is found that standard indicators of ecocity dynamically changed along history. For present status,an eco-city should be on the base of financial income,life guarantee system and basic construction. Then it should to control environmental pollution,and reach a low-carbon,high efficiency and ecological action style.
