海域承载力视角下海洋渔业空间布局优化评价标准研究

Evaluation Criteria Study of the Spatial Distribution Optimization of Marine Fisheries in the Perspective of Carrying Capacity of Marine Region

从压力类、承压类和交流类三个方面出发,建立的海域承载力视角下海洋渔业空间布局优化评价指标体系包括3个准则层、8个指标层和22个子指标层。运用层次分析法确定了各个指标的权重值,根据权重值的大小和各个指标在实际海洋渔业活动中的理想值,建立了海洋渔业空间布局优化指标评分标准,并结合专家意见制定了综合评价标准。运用此评价标准,对2006年-2012年山东半岛蓝色经济区的海洋渔业空间布局优化水平进行评价,综合得分分别为:50,53,60,63,65,67,64。最后运用综合评价方法验证了该评价标准的科学性。

From the pressure class,pressure bearing class and exchange class,the constructed assessment indicator sysytem of the spatial distribution optimization of marine fisheries in the perspective of carrying capacity of marine region includes 3 criteria layers,8 indicator layers and 22 sub-indicayor layers. Applying AHP to determin the weights of each index,according to weights and the ideal value of each index in the real marine fishery activities,the paper established the scoring criteria of the spatial distribution optimization of marine fisheries. Combining with expert advice,the paper establinshed the comprehensive evaluation criteria. The evaluation criteria is used to analyze the level of the spatial distribution optimization of marine fisheries of the Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone; composite scores were 50,53,60,63,65,67,64. Finally,the paper applied the comprehensive evaluation method to verify the accuracy of the evaluation criteria.
