摘要
小城市建设用地节约集约利用评价工作是我国对小城市用地研究发展的重要节点,通过全面了解小城市土地利用状况,可以为小城市用地规划及管理提供全面、可靠的技术依据。本文通过城市功能区划分,采取不同的评价指标,基于核主成分原理,构建核主成分分析模型确定评价指标权重值,从而构建集约利用评价体系。同时,通过统计与实地调查资料,结合GIS等方法,对产粮大县榆树市,居住、商业、工业、教育、行政办公和特别7个功能区进行节约程度进行评价研究,研究结果客观的反应了榆树建设用地集约利用水平较高,空间结构布局合理,具有一定的扩展潜力。
It is an important node to evaluate the intensive use of land in the small city for the development of the research on the urban land. A comprehensive understanding of small city land utilization will provide the comprehensive and reliable technical basis for the planning and management. Based on the theory of kernel principal component,this paper built the model of the kernel principal component analysis to determine evaluation index weights through the urban function division,with different evaluation index,so as to construct intensive utilization evaluation system. Meanwhile,as the major grain-producing county-level city,Yushu,the evaluations and studies of saving degree on the parts of resident,commerce,industry,education,administration and seven special functional areas were taken based on the information from the filed investigation and statistics by the methods of GIS. The results showed the high levels of Yushu on the intensive use of construction land objectively which has a certain expansion potential with the reasonable spatial structure layout.
