摘要
本文通过对武汉市土地集约利用基本状况进行系统分析,确定影响研究区域土地的土地集约利用综合指数等各项指标因素,并通过层次分析法确定各项评价指标因素的权重,建立多因素综合评价模型。通过对武汉市土地利用现状分析评价,全面评价其土地利用的合理程度和经济效果,为促进和提高武汉市土地集约利用率提出相应的对策和建议。根据综合评价的结果,武汉市相对于全国水平和北京市的土地集约利用程度分别为0.89和0.78。根据土地集约评价等级,武汉市相对于全国水平而言处于最佳集约状态,相对北京市则处于较为集约利用的状态,还有提升的空间。因此,在武汉市未来的土地规划及利用中,应当注意合理编制土地利用规划,多维利用土地的立体空间,完善公众参与土地集约利用的监督机制,节约资源和保护环境,以达到土地的最佳集约利用状态。
Based on the intensive utilization of land in Wuhan,we determined the effects of the indicators of land use factors,like index of intensive use of land. And a multi-factor evaluation model was established by AHP to determine the weight of evaluation factors.Through analysis and evaluation of land use in Wuhan,its reasonable and economic effects have comprehensive evaluation of land use.It presents the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to promote and enhance the intensive utilization of land in Wuhan. According to the results of a comprehensive evaluation,Wuhan City,compared to the national level and Beijing City,has a land intensive utilization degree of 0. 89 and 0. 78 respectively. According to the land intensive evaluation grade,Wuhan City is in the best state of intensive compared to the national level,while being in a more intensive-used state compared to Beijing. Therefore,in the future planning and land use in Wuhan City,we should pay attention to the reasonable land use planning,use the stereoscopic space of land multi-dimensionally,improve public participation in the supervision mechanism of the intensive use of land,conservation of resources and protect environment,in order to achieve the best of intensive land use status.
