摘要
本文选取我国12个资源型产业2003-2011年面板数据,实证分析了环境规制强度对资源型产业绿色技术创新的影响。结果显示:考虑行业规模与科技活动人员投入两个控制变量时,提高环境规制强度能促进资源型产业绿色技术创新,反之则会降低甚至产生抑制作用,说明"波特假说"具有前提条件性;环境规制强度对开采洗选业绿色工艺创新和初级加工业绿色产品创新具有积极促进作用。
The paper used the software of Stata 12. 0 and made an empirical analysis of the impact on environmental regulation intensity to green technological innovation of resource-based industries through the panel data of 2003-2011 of 12 resource-based industries in China. The empirical results show that the environmental regulation promotes more effective the green technology innovation of resourcebased industries in considering the two control variables. On the contrary,the impact will reduce and even bring the inhibition. This confirms the conditional existence of'Porter hypothesis'. From the sub-industry perspective,the environmental regulation offers significant positive effects on the green process innovation of mining industries and the green product innovation of primary processing industries,On the contrary,the impact will bring the inhibition.
