强化农村生活污水处理设施管理的思考

Countermeasures of Strengthening Rural Sewage Treatment Facilities Management

本文从政策依据、资金来源、建设规模等方面分析了山东省农村生活污水处理设施建设的现状及存在的主要问题,从法律法规、资金投入、监管机制、处理工艺及环保意识各层面,提出了强化山东省农村生活污水处理设施管理的对策。

This paper analysed the status quo and main problems of rural sewage treatment in Shandong Province from the aspects of policy basis,sources of funding and scale of construction,and then put forward some countermeasures to strengthen the rural sewage treatment facilities management in Shandong from laws and regulations,funding,regulatory mechanisms,treatment processes and environmental awareness.
