摘要
2011年的日本福岛核泄漏事件对于日本的社会,生态,经济和能源结构造成了深远影响。本文回顾了福岛核事件前的日本的能源结构和安全监管体制,剖析了引起灾难发生的可能漏洞。阐述了事件发生的过程以及带来的各方面的短期和深远影响。分析了造成事故发生的主观和客观原因。对于日本在"后福岛"时期采取的处理方式和能源政策进行了论述,分析预测了其能源战略的转变,同时总结了该事件对于我国核安全和核能源开发的启示和影响。
The Fukushima Nuclear Leakage in 2011 had a profound influence on Japan's society,ecology,economy and energy structure. This paper reviewed the energy structure and safety supervision system of Japan before the Fukushima nuclear leakage,and then analyzed the reasons which may cause the disaster. The paper described the process of the event and its short-term and profound influencs. The author analyzed the subjective and objective reasons which caused the accident,discussed the treatment and energy policy taken by Japan after Fukushima nuclear crisis,and predicted Japan's energy strategy changes. At the same time,the paper summarized the influence and enlightenment to China's nuclear safety and nuclear energy development.
