摘要 碳生产率是低碳经济领域的重要概念,其变化成为衡量地区经济发展与应对气候变化努力成效的一个很好指标。本文选取八大经济区域2005-2012年面板数据为样本,运用Tapio脱钩指数和LMDI方法研究区域碳生产率变化规律及成因,结果发现:碳生产率存在明显区域差异性;研究期内碳生产率呈稳步增长态势,但区域间差距在拉大;短期内能源效率是影响碳生产率变化的主要因素,从长期看产业结构和能源结构调整是艰巨的任务。未来要积极调整产业结构、加强低碳技术创新、不断提高能源使用效率,共同促进碳生产率提升。 Carbon productivity is an important concept in the low-carbon economy. Its variation has become a good indicator that is used to measure the regional economic development and effort to combat climate change. This paper selected panel data of eight economic regions as sample during the period from 2005 to 2010,and then studied regional carbon productivity variation and causes by the means of Tapio decoupling index and LMDI. The results showed that there were obvious regional differences. During the study period,carbon productivity had increased steadily,but the regional gap was widening. Energy efficiency was the main factor of regional carbon productivity variation in the short term. In the long term,the adjustment of industrial structure and energy structure is a tough task. In the future,it would actively adjust the industrial structure,strengthen the low-carbon technology innovation,continuously improve energy efficiency and finally promote carbon productivity together.
